My friend Mike told me that these are called Jealousy windows, but when I looked it up it is actually 'Jalousie'.
These are one of my favorite things on vintage travel trailers and it's too bad that they don't put them on trailers anymore. They are nice for multiple reasons but perhaps the nicest thing is that you can have them open and still get fresh air in the rain. Sitting in a vintage travel trailer in the rain is one of my favorite things!
